Grace Coconut Milk Powder is dehydrated coconut milk: it’s a great solution for when you just need a small amount of coconut milk and don’t want to waste what’s left in the can! Simply pour out the amount you would like to use and add the appropriate water ratio. For a whole pouch, gradually mix the contents of the pouch with 150 ml of water, stirring constantly. (If a thicker consistency is desired, use less water.)
