Trader Joe’s Ridge Cut Potato Chips with Sea Salt are thick slices of Arizona and Minnesota grown potatoes, cooked in small batches in expeller pressed sunflower oil, then lightly salted. They’re simple chips, with three simple ingredients, and they’re simply delicious. On their own, dipped in virtually any dip, or even crushed and used as a breading for chicken (trust us here: yum!), these Chips are the real deal.
